在社会发展和科技创新的过程中，人们越发感受到科技带来的好处。进入信息化时代后，智能手机几乎是每个人必备的产品。而智能手机无障碍功能的发展，更是对以人为本精神的发扬。但是，在数百万的应用软件中，盲人用户真正能够顺畅使用的却是九牛一毛。因此，探索出一套针对盲人用户的，移动平台的无障碍界面的设计原则是非常有必要的，这会为日后盲人应用的设计和研发，提供了一定的参考。

    本文先是对无障碍设计的概念进行了大致的介绍，为无障碍界面的设计原则的探索引导了方向。接下来，通过对盲人用户的交流、调查、分析，对其生理、生活进行了了解，分析了其设计需求。最后，通过查阅大量资料解析盲人感知问题从而初步探索出了移动平台的无障碍界面的设计原则。

    本文的创新在于与盲人用户进行了长时间探讨，深入了解了盲人用户的需求，将无障碍设计、交互设计原则与盲人用户特点进行结合。为盲人用户建立一套他们专属的移动平台的交互设计原则，使他们感受到科技与社会的温暖。

 In the process of social development and scientific and technological innovation, people feel more and more the benefits of science and technology. When the information age is coming, smartphones are almost the essential products to everyone. The development of smartphone accessibility is to carry forward the spirit of the people. However, in the millions of applications, blind users really can smoothly use’s is a drop in the bucket. Therefore, it is necessary to explore a set of design principles for the blind users, based on mobile platform’s barrier-free interface, which will provide a reference for the design and development of the future applications of the blind.

  In this paper, we first introduce the concept of barrier-free design, and it guides the direction of the design principles of the barrier-free interface. Next, through the communication, investigation and analysis of the blind users, understood its physiology and life, and analyzed the design requirements. Finally, through access to a large number of information to resolve the problem of the blind’s perception to explore the barrier-free interface design principles based on the mobile platform.

  The innovation of this paper is communicating with the blind users for a long time and in-depth understanding of the needs of the blind users. Combine the design of accessibility, interaction design principles with the characteristics of the blind users. For the blind users to establish a set of their own interactive design principles based on the mobile platform, so that they feel the warmth of science and technology and society.
