摘要

  退休是每个劳动者必经的人生阶段。一个国家如何规定退休年龄不光涉及到老年人的工作、闲暇时间，还涉及到养老金的领取以及青年人的就业问题。随着经济社会的发展，人们的平均预期寿命得到提高，我国出现了比较严重的人口老龄化趋势。是否应该延迟退休，如何具体地实施延迟退休成为了人们非常关注的问题。这些问题涉及到每个人的切身利益，因此引起了专家学者以及人民群众的广泛关注和讨论。

  本文首先介绍了我国目前的退休现状和退休政策，以及一些相关的背景。其次列举了一些可能会影响职工对退休年龄的选择的因素，既包括一些个人特质的差异，也包括部分反映整体经济运行情况的宏观变量。最后，我们分析了推迟退休年龄这一举措可能会给劳动者、用人单位乃至整个社会造成的影响。在完成了上述分析后，我们提出  了相应的政策建议，希望能够帮助政府更加平稳合理地推迟退休年龄，同时妥善地解决可能引起的一系列问题。

  Retirement is a stage that every worker must go through. The policy established by the country is not only related to the work time and leisure time of the elders, but also to the pension and the youth employment problem. With the development of economy and society, average life expectancy has improved, and China is facing a more serious problem—the aging of population. Should we delay the retirement, or how to specifically implement it becomes a problem people are very concerned about. These issues relate to the vital interests of each person, thus causing widespread concerns and discussions around experts and scholars as well as the masses.

  This paper introduces the status quo of the retirement and pension policy, and showing us some relevant background. Secondly, it cited a number of factors that may influence the choice of workers of retirement age, including both personal characteristics’ differences, and the macro variables that reflect the overall economic performance. Finally, we analyzed the influence on workers, employers and the whole society. After completing the above analysis, we propose some policy suggestions, hoping to help the government postpone the retirement age more stable and reasonable, and properly solve a series of problems that may arise.
