随着人工智能技术的快速发展,情感陪伴型AI产品逐渐成为缓解孤独、提供情感支持的重要工具。本研究以驯化理论为框架,以星野软件为例,探讨用户如何通过技术驯化构建与智能体的亲密关系。采用参与式观察与半结构化访谈法,研究发现用户通过三阶段实现人机关系转型:在前期准备阶段,用户通过个性化设置或自主创建,将公共智能体转化为私人专属对象;在中期驯化阶段,借助系统功能(重说、改写、回溯)和自主性语言引导(话术设计、情境化输入),逐步修正其交互逻辑;在后期整合阶段,智能体占据用户碎片时间并渗透现实生活,标志着驯化和亲密关系构建的完成。研究揭示,智能体的“人格化”本质是用户单方面的情感投射与算法驯化的共同结果,其过程既体现了用户对技术的主动改造,也暴露了算法黑箱与情感需求间的张力。此外,用户低龄化(未成年人占比过半)、隐私风险、单向情感依赖等问题凸显了人机亲密关系的伦理隐忧。本研究为情感AI的优化提供了实践启示,强调需平衡技术可供性与伦理规范,同时拓展了驯化理论在智能媒介时代的解释边界。

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence, emotional companion AI products have emerged as significant tools to alleviate loneliness and provide emotional support. Grounded in domestication theory, this study examines how users construct intimate relationships with AI agents through technological domestication, using the "Xingye" software as a case. Through participatory observation and semi-structured interviews, the research reveals a three-phase transformation process: In the preparatory phase, users personalize public AI agents or create private ones, transforming them into exclusive companions; in the domestication phase, they utilize system functions (e.g., rephrasing, editing, backtracking) and creative linguistic strategies (e.g., scenario-based prompts, fictional narratives) to reshape the AI’s interaction logic beyond technical constraints; in the integration phase, frequent interactions embed the AI into daily routines, fulfilling emotional dependency and permeating real-life contexts. Findings indicate that the "personification" of AI agents stems from users’ unilateral emotional projection and algorithmic adaptation, highlighting both user agency and the tension between technological opacity and affective needs. However, ethical concerns—such as the predominance of underage users, privacy risks, and one-sided emotional reliance—underscore the fragility of human-AI intimacy. This study offers practical insights for optimizing emotional AI by balancing technical affordances with ethical frameworks, while expanding the explanatory scope of domestication theory in the era of intelligent media.
