性别教育作为教育的一个分支，对各方面处于启蒙阶段的儿童有着重要影响。然而，围绕性别教育的讨论在国内并不多见，传统的性别歧视和性别偏见仍然可见于国内教学环境和教学媒体，其中就不乏角色设计刻板的儿童绘本，这对国内儿童在性别方面的认知和发展肯定是不利的。儿童绘本中的角色设计应在角色造型和角色行为上进行更为突破性的尝试，继而向儿童传递积极有益的观念，让儿童直接或间接地接受科学的性别教育。

本文创新性地从儿童绘本中的角色设计切入，采用文献查阅、案例研究、对比分析的方法，重点从角色造型和角色行为两方面对国内外多个优秀绘本中的角色进行解读。同时结合性别教育相关概念和原则，最终落脚于国内儿童绘本的角色设计中，力图从角色设计的角度，为国内儿童绘本的创作者提供可参考的思路和策略。

Gender education, as a branch of education, has significant impacts on enlightenment children. However, discussions concerning gender education are rarely seen at home, and traditional gender discrimination and biases still exist in the domestic teaching environment and media, including children's picture books whose characters are designed by stereotype, which is obviously negative for the recognition and development of gender for children at home. The character design in children's picture books should have a more groundbreaking attempt at the characteristics and behaviors of the characters, and then pass positive and beneficial ideas to children, exposing children to scientific gender education directly or indirectly.

Innovatively,this paper cut to the point from the character design of children's picture book, and uses the methods of literature searching, case study and comparative analysis, to interpret the role of several excellent picture books at home and abroad mainly focus on two aspects in the character modeling and the role behavior. At the same time, combined with the concepts and principles of gender education, the author finally settled in the character design of children's drawing book in domestic, trying to provide reference ideas and strategies from the angle of role design for the authors in domestic children's picture book.
