摘要：我国制造业出口贸易中的技术结构分布在长期以来是国内关注重点之一，有助于分析国家当前贸易情况。本文利用OECD数据库中Bilateral Trade Database ISIC3中2000-2011年共64个国家和地区的对外贸易数据，对中国与世界主要国家和地区进行比较分析。通过分析，结果表明，在整体结构上，我国已经逐渐由低科技附加产业为主转向中等偏高科技附加值的产业，基本达到发展中国家水平，而在整体技术水平上距离发达国家仍有一定距离。此外，由于我国仍处于高科技产业中的低端部分，外资企业和加工贸易占据较大比重使得尽管贸易顺差较大，但实质上仍，因而暂时无法对发达国家构成一定竞争压力。但整体而言，在技术结构上已发生较大的改善。

The analysis of technological structure of China's merchandise export has always been one of the focuses of the domestic academic circle for a long time, and it is helpful for comprehending the current situation of the country's trade. This paper mainly utilizes foreign trade data of 64 countries and regions from 2000 to 2011, the source of which is the OECD database in bilateral trade ISIC3, trying to better understand the technological structure of the export trade of China and the world's major countries and regions by calculating and analyzing the revealed technological value. The results show that after years of fast-pace developing, China has gradually transfer if focus from low-tech industry to the high-technological-value-added industry, which has basically reached the average level of developing countries but there is still a way to go to catch up with the developed countries. Even though the data seems to be appealing, the fact is that China is still in the lower part of the high-tech industry, for the reason that the foreign-invested enterprises and processing trade occupy a great proportion, which result in a cruel fact that even though china enjoys a great trade surplus, Chinese enterprises can only hold a thin share of the total profit. But overall, China has made a great progress in developing the technological level but still need to work harder to catch up with the upper world.
