本文以三星电子为研究对象,运用文献研究与案例分析相结合的方法,系统梳理了企业竞争战略相关理论,并深入探讨了三星电子在全球市场中的战略实践。本文运用PEST模型对三星电子所处的政治、经济、社会与技术环境进行了全面分析,发现全球贸易政策变化、消费需求升级、科技快速发展及地缘政治紧张等因素对三星电子竞争战略的影响。采用波特五力模型详细剖析了三星电子在行业中的竞争地位,发现三星在供应链控制能力、品牌效应、研发实力等方面形成了的竞争优势,但也面临着新兴企业快速崛起、产品同质化严重和产业竞争加剧的挑战。通过SWOT分析深入解析了三星电子的内部优势与劣势,以及外部机遇和威胁,明确了其在技术创新、产业链协同及市场拓展方面具备的核心竞争力,同时也揭示了在成本控制、产品差异化和市场适应性方面亟待改进的不足之处。文章从技术领先、垂直整合、全球化与本土化融合三个层面,系统总结了三星电子竞争战略的构建路径,具体为持续加大研发投入以保持技术领先,强化供应链的垂直整合提升资源配置效率,以及在全球市场实行灵活的本土化战略以贴近消费者需求。本文最后针对三星电子未来发展提出了战略调整建议,强调应加强前沿技术布局、优化成本控制体系以及提高对新兴市场的适应能力。研究认为,三星电子的成功经验为其他全球化企业在竞争战略制定方面提供了重要的实践参考和战略启示。

This paper takes Samsung Electronics as the research subject, employing a combination of literature review and case study methods to systematically examine theories related to corporate competitive strategy and deeply explore Samsung Electronics' strategic practices in the global market. Utilizing the PEST model, the paper thoroughly analyzes the political, economic, social, and technological environments surrounding Samsung Electronics. It identifies the impact of factors such as changes in global trade policies, upgrading consumer demands, rapid technological advancements, and geopolitical tensions on Samsung's competitive strategies. Using Porter’s Five Forces model, the study details Samsung Electronics’ competitive position within the industry, highlighting significant advantages in supply chain control, brand influence, and research and development capabilities. However, it also notes the challenges posed by rapidly rising emerging enterprises, severe product homogeneity, and intensified industry competition. Additionally, through SWOT analysis, the internal strengths and weaknesses of Samsung Electronics, as well as external opportunities and threats, are deeply analyzed, clarifying its core competencies in technological innovation, industrial chain synergy, and market expansion, while revealing areas needing urgent improvement, such as cost control, product differentiation, and market adaptability. The paper systematically summarizes the construction path of Samsung Electronics' competitive strategy from three aspects: technological leadership, vertical integration, and the fusion of globalization with localization. Specifically, this involves continuous increased investment in R&D to maintain technological leadership, strengthening vertical integration of the supply chain to enhance resource allocation efficiency, and adopting flexible localization strategies in global markets to better meet consumer needs. Finally, the paper provides strategic adjustment recommendations for Samsung Electronics' future development, emphasizing the importance of strengthening advanced technological deployment, optimizing cost control systems, and enhancing adaptability to emerging markets. The study concludes that Samsung Electronics' successful experience provides valuable practical references and strategic insights for other global enterprises in formulating competitive strategies.
