& ltp& gt2015年11月30日，IMF执董会决定将人民币纳入特别提款权& #40SDR)货币篮子，人民币国际化迎来新阶段。本文首先回顾了特别提款权创立的背景和发展历程，之后对特别提款权汇率波动性进行实证分析，发现将人民币加入SDR货币篮可以有效降低其相对主要货币的汇率波动，并较为显著地提升SDR利率水平，支持SDR成为更加优良的国际储备资产。在SDR中引入人民币不仅能够增强SDR作为储备资产的代表性，也能够使得货币篮子更加符合全球贸易结构，对提高国际货币基金组织影响力和维系国际货币体系稳定将产生积极作用，对人民币和特别提款权是双赢的结果。同时，加入SDR也有利于加强发挥人民币支付结算的职能，促进国际贸易增长和金融资本流动，加速人民币成为国际储备货币。& lt/p& gt & ltp& gt关键词：特别提款权人民币人民币国际化国际货币体系& lt/p& gt

& ltp& gtOn November 30, 2015, the Executive Board of the International Monetary Fund & #40IMF) decided to include the RMB into the currency basket of the Special Drawing Right & #40SDR) as a fifth currency along with the U.S. dollar, the euro, the Japanese yen, and the British pound. The new basket will become effective on October 1, 2016. Internationalization of RMB has reached a new stage. The paper finds that the inclusion of the RMB in the SDR basket would reduce the fluctuations of the SDR exchange rate against the major global currencies, and increases the level of SDR interest rates remarkably, which would support the SDR's purpose as an international reserve asset. The RMB's inclusion would increase the attractiveness of the SDR and making it more representative of the importance of each currency in global trade and finance. The expansion of SDR basket could enhance the influence of IMF and contribute to the stability of the international monetary system, which will benefit RMB and the Special Drawing right both. At the same time, these changes could promote RMB's payment and trade settlement, facilitating the growth of international trade and financial flows, raising the acceptation of RMB as a reserve currency and helping accelerate the process of RMB internationalization.& lt/p& gt & ltp& gtKey word: SDRRMBRMB internationalizationInternational monetary system& lt/p& gt
