& ltp& gt近十几年，机器人技术飞速发展，机器人逐渐应用到很多领域，包括制造业、军事、教育、决策、陪伴等等。由于机器人特殊的&ldquo类人&rdquo身份，也引发了不少伦理争论和困境，关于机器人伦理道德的讨论逐渐成为一个较为重要的话题。人们开始期待机器人作为道德主体，履行一定的道德责任。其实，机器人作为人类不论脑力还是体力的替代者和合作者，人和机器人之间的伦理关系从机器人产生之初就开始存在了。本文力图从道德主客体的角度，结合应用伦理学的思路，较为系统地探究人和机器人之间伦理关系的变化和不同应对进路，并在此基础上对机器人的伦理主客体定位进行反思，从而探究隐藏在这种伦理关系之中的人自身的道德伦理问题，使人和机器人的伦理关系能够向着健康、乐观的方向发展。& lt/p& gt & ltp& gt关键词：机器人；人工智能；伦理； 道德主客体 & lt/p& gt

& ltp& gtRecent years with rapid development in robot technology, robots have gradually applied to many areas, including manufacturing, military, education, decision-making, company and so on. And the robot has also raised many ethical problems and dilemmas. So the discussion of robot ethics has become an important subject. People began to look forward that the robot would become the moral agent to perform a certain moral responsibility to people. In fact, the robot, as human&rsquos replacement and collaborators both in mental and physical strength, the ethical relationship between the robot and human has existed at the beginning of the robot&rsquos exist. This article attempts to systematically explore the change of the ethical relationship between people and robots and different approaches from the perspective of moral subject and object, combined with the thinking of applied ethics. On this basis, the article then rethinks the hidden problems in this ethical relationship between people and robots, promoting the healthy and optimistic development of the ethical relations between people and robots.& lt/p& gt & ltp& gtKey words: robots；artificial intelligence；ethics；moral subject and object & lt/p& gt
