企业活力是企业的重要的组成部分,对企业的生产经营活动起到了重要的作用。主要有内

在动力,潜在能力,外在压力三个构成要素。同时也有着获利能力,生长能力,适应能力,凝

聚能力四个衡量指标。当今企业面临着较多人才问题,这些问题严重影响了企业的活力。通过

搜集文献,了解到腾讯公司作为我国的头部企业,在企业人才培养制度方面有着自己独到的见

解。其独特的模式很有借鉴意义。瑞士作为传统发达国家,在企业管理和人才培养机制上都有很

多值得称道之处。日本虽然现在经济低迷,但是也有过一段辉煌的时间,企业蓬勃发展,具有

极强的活力,对于当代中国仍有借鉴意义。想要提高中国企业的活力,改进人才培养制度是个

合理的途径。而由于特殊的历史文化因素及社会现实,中国的人才培养制度也应有其独特性。

通过文献研究法和个案研究法,针对中国当今现状,提出合理的适合中国企业的人才培养制度。

Enterprise vitality is an important part of the enterprise and plays an important role in the

production and operation activities of the enterprise. There are three main components: intrinsic

motivation, potential ability and external pressure. At the same time, it also has four measurement

indicators: profitability, growth ability, adaptability and cohesion. Today's enterprises face a large

number of talent problems, which seriously affect the vitality of the enterprise. Through collecting

literature, we learned that Tencent, as a leading enterprise in China, has its own unique views on the

enterprise talent training system. Its unique model is very instructive. As a traditional developed

country, Switzerland has a lot to commend in terms of enterprise management and talent training

mechanism. Although Japan is now in a sluggish economy, it has also had a glorious time, and its

enterprises have flourished and have strong vitality, which is still of reference significance for

contemporary China. In order to improve the vitality of Chinese enterprises, improving the talent

training system is a reasonable way. Due to special historical and cultural factors and social realities,

China's talent training system should also have its own uniqueness. Through the literature research

method and case study method, according to the current situation in China, a reasonable talent training

system suitable for Chinese enterprises is proposed. Improve the vitality of Chinese enterprises.
