自2017年乡村振兴战略提出以后，我国乡村地区的发展与建设达到了前所未有的高度。脱贫攻坚战的胜利标志着我国的反贫困斗争进入了新的阶段，治理相对贫困已经成为了新的奋斗目标。而乡村振兴离不开金融的支持，研究好和解决好农村金融的发展问题，推动建设与时俱进的现代农村金融体系，才可以更加精准的服务于“三农”问题的需要。乡村振兴问题的研究与治理意义重大，是巩固并拓展我国反贫困斗争的重要任务。同时，作为乡村振兴的重要工具，农村金融的兴起为乡村振兴带来了新的契机。通过对农户的生产生活提供资金支持，可以帮助农民改善生活条件，推动农村产业兴旺，也会有利于金融与经济的进一步发展。

本文分析了农村金融与乡村振兴之间互为助力的关系，也说明了乡村振兴离不开农村金融的帮助，整理研究了近年来黑龙江省涉农金融机构在助力乡村振兴中采取的主要措施，取得的成就，以及现存的问题，同时，具体分析了两个案例，分析其成功原因和特点，得出金融科技融入农村金融的必要性。最后，本文提出了具体的结论，并且为农村金融更好的参与我国的乡村振兴提出了建议。

Since the strategy of rural revitalization was put forward in 2017, the development and construction of China's rural areas have reached unprecedented heights. The victory in the battle against poverty marks that China's anti-poverty fight has entered a new stage, and controlling relative poverty has become a new goal. Rural revitalization cannot be achieved without financial support. Only by studying and solving the development problems of rural finance well, and promoting the construction of a modern rural financial system that keeps pace with the times, can we more accurately serve the needs of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers". Rural revitalization research and governance of great significance is an important task to consolidate and expand our country anti-poverty struggle. At the same time, as an important tool of rural revitalization, the rise of rural finance has brought new opportunities for rural revitalization. By providing financial support to the production and life of farmers, it can help farmers improve their living conditions, promote the prosperity of rural industries, and facilitate the further development of finance and economy. Therefore, it is necessary to study the support of rural finance for rural revitalization.

This paper analyzes the relationship between rural finance and rural revitalization, also explains that rural revitalization cannot be separated from the help of rural finance, collates and studies the main measures taken by Heilongjiang agriculture-related financial institutions in recent years in helping rural revitalization, achievements, and existing problems. At the same time, it specifically analyzes two cases, and analyzes the reasons and characteristics of their success. It is necessary for fin-tech to integrate into rural finance. Finally, this paper puts forward concrete conclusions and puts forward suggestions for the better participation of rural finance in our country's rural revitalization.
