目前在中国国内已有很多视频平台如抖音、快手等，从小孩开始老人都喜欢通过使用视频平台的软件打发时间，成为我们的生活的一部分。因此有些人发短视频而被网友们受欢迎，成为短视频达人又称网红。不仅他们发的短视频，还有直播会影响我们的生活。
本文选取头部网红在抖音平台发布的相关视频，通过主题内容、形式、特点等对视频案例进行分析，对比优质主播和劣质主播的案例，并从头部网红的视频需求、话题、关注度、影响力相关的内容进行整理，总结短视频给我们带来的正负面影响，认为理性对待短视频、正确引导当代人如何使用抖音等短视频App，努力提升当代人的人生观

There are already many video platforms in China such as TikTok and KuaiShou, so children and the elderly are becoming a part of our lives, spending time with the software of the video platform. For this reason, it is popular among netizens by posting short videos and is also called influencer. Not only the short videos they sent, but also the live broadcast will affect many of us, especially the contemporary college students. The behavior of contemporary college students doing online popularity has attracted the attention of the society.
     This paper selects the video posted by head influencer on the TikTok platform, analyze the video cases through the content, format, and features of the theme, compare the cases of high-quality and low-quality hosts, and collate the video demand, topic, attention and influence related TikTok of the head influencer, summarizes the positive and negative effects of the short video, It is believed that the rational treatment of short videos and the correct guidance of contemporary people how to use TikTok and other short video App will enhance the contemporary people's outlook on life.
