随着我国老龄化进程的加快，宏观政策层面对老年人的关注越来越多，而每个老年人鲜活而具体的生活却很容易会被人忽视。

纪录片《老宋》希望从细处着眼，聚焦于老年人具体而微的真实多样的生活状态。我们把目光放在了公园中的老年人乐团，发现了一群热爱音乐、热爱生活的老人，选择其中一位代表性的人物“老宋”宋君青为主人公，从多个角度记录其晚年生活，引起人们对老年人生存状况的关注与思考。

在纪录片创作完成后，我回顾了整个拍摄和制作过程，总结了其中的心得体验，反思了其中的经验教训，希望能为以后的学习生活带来更大的帮助。

With the acceleration of the aging process in China, more and more attention has been paid to the elderly at the macro policy level, but the vivid and concrete life of each elderly person is easy to be ignored.

The documentary "Old Song" hopes to focus on the details, focusing on the real and diverse living conditions of the elderly. We focus on the old people's orchestra in the park, and find a group of old people who love music and life. We choose song Junqing, one of the representative figures, as the protagonist, to record his life in his later years from multiple angles, so as to arouse people's attention and thinking about the living conditions of the old people.

After the creation of the documentary, I reviewed the entire filming and production process, summarized the experience and reflected on the experience and lessons, hoping to bring greater help to my future study and life.
