在当今互联网金融的浪潮冲击下,第三方支付服务作为一项里程碑式的产物应运而生,在支付领域内外掀起了广泛而深刻的影响洪流。作为一种创新的支付模式,第三方支付以其便捷高效的特性迅速崛起并渗透入人们的日常生活,并在结算、银行卡业务、代理及托管等多个区块与传统商业银行的中间业务形成了直接的竞争关系。这种竞争对于商业银行尤其是中小商业银行而言,带来了不容忽视的影响兼挑战,如今已经能在近几年推广的数字人民币等新兴业务中看出商业银行对数字金融的重视与针对第三方平台业务竞争的积极回应。

在此背景下,本文通过文献研究加以理论剖析的研究方法深入分析第三方支付的发展处于何种阶段,进而更深入地理解第三方支付对中小商业银行中间业务产生的具体影响,并试图说明其与商业银行中间业务的关系能够互相正向推动,再提出给中小商业银行应对第三方支付竞争的策略建议。推广作为新型支付工具的数字人民币、加强与第三方支付的多重业务合作等手段都可以作为长期有效的应对。经由对商业银行和第三方支付之间的关系进行梳理和分析,本文意在帮助中小商业银行在新的金融生态系统中寻找合理的定位和发展路径,为促进其长远的稳定发展提供适当参考。

Under the impact of today's wave of Internet finance, the third-party payment service has emerged as a landmark product, which has set off a wide and profound impact in the payment field and beyond. As an innovative payment model, third-party payment has rapidly emerged and penetrated into people's daily life with its convenient and efficient features, and has formed direct competition with the intermediary business of traditional commercial banks in various blocks such as settlement, bank card business, agency and custody. This competition has brought about a non-negligible impact and challenge to commercial banks, especially small and medium-sized commercial banks, and the importance of commercial banks to digital finance and their positive response to the competition from third-party platforms can be seen in the promotion of e-CNY and other emerging businesses in recent years.

In this context, this paper analyses in-depth what stage of development of third-party payment is at through the research method of literature review and theoretical analysis to understand more deeply the specific impact of third-party payment on the intermediary business of small and medium-sized commercial banks, and tries to show that the relationship between it and the intermediary business of commercial banks can be positively driven by each other, and then puts forward the strategic suggestions to the small and medium-sized commercial banks to deal with the competition of third-party payment. The promotion of e-CNY as a new payment tool and the strengthening of multi-business co-operation with third-party payment can be effective responses in the long run. By sorting out and analyzing the relationship between commercial banks and third-party payments, this paper intends to help small and medium-sized commercial banks find a reasonable positioning and development path in the new financial ecosystem, and provide appropriate references for promoting their long-term stable development.
